Remote Online Notarization (RON) — by appointment
Need a document notarized but can't meet in person? TMR Consulting and Management, LLC offers Remote Online Notarization by appointment on a secure online notarization platform. You sign from a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone.
How it works
- Choose a time. Pick a time on our booking calendar. A $25 refundable deposit is collected when you book and is credited toward your final invoice. Your time is provisional until we review your documents.
- Upload your documents. Use the secure upload on our Notary Request form. Please do not send documents or ID images by text message or regular email.
- We review and confirm. We confirm that your documents can be notarized online and how many notarial acts are needed, then send an itemized invoice. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from TMR. The remaining balance is due before your session starts.
- Verify your identity and sign online. You receive a secure email invitation. Each signer completes identity verification, then a Florida commissioned online notary watches you sign and completes the notarization. Sessions are recorded as required by Florida law.
If your documents cannot be notarized online, your deposit is refunded.
What you'll need: a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID; a complete, unsigned document; a computer or tablet with a camera, microphone and stable internet; a private, quiet place.
Fees: all fees appear on your itemized invoice before you pay the balance.
